United Grand Lodge of England
Ballards Lodge is a masonic Lodge under the jurisdiction of United Grand Lodge of England. Due to its size, both in terms of number of Lodges (around 8,000) and Freemasons in those Lodges (about 275,000), UGLE has been subdivided into Provinces and Districts. Provinces roughly correspond to Counties in England and Districts are regions of the world combining one or more Commonwealth countries. Provincial Grand Lodge of Surrey is the authoritative body for Freemasons of Surrey and Ballards Lodgeis one of its 300 Lodges.
